Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the m4dwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the m4dwin platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and m4dwin as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The m4dwin platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this age requirement will be closed immediately.

Account Creation and Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the m4dwin platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. m4dwin reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the accuracy of account details.

Your account password is personal and confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. m4dwin will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login information secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

M4dwin users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots or any other method to automate gaming activity or transactions.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation or system manipulation.
• Sharing or transferring account credits between users without platform approval.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Disrupting or attempting to gain unauthorised access to platform systems.

M4dwin reserves the right to take action — including account suspension or closure and withholding of payments — if any of the above violations are detected or suspected.

Payments and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the m4dwin platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via available local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank, CIMB and RHB. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe applicable to the user's VIP tier and selected withdrawal method. m4dwin reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals in order to ensure transaction security.

Any suspicious transactions or those involving fraudulent activity may be suspended or cancelled by m4dwin without prior notice. Funds involved in suspected fraudulent transactions may be held pending investigation.

Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate minimum wagering requirements. Users are responsible for understanding the terms of each promotion before accepting any offer.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

M4dwin shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including losses from gaming activity, technical service disruptions or the actions of third parties.

The m4dwin platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the service remains available at all times, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times.

Account Suspension and Closure: m4dwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users may also request account closure at any time through our customer support channels.

Any valid remaining balance in an account closed at the user's request will be refunded once the verification process is complete, provided there are no outstanding issues on the account.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Terms Amendments

All content on the m4dwin platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces and software — is the property of m4dwin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute or use any of this content without prior written consent.

The m4dwin platform may contain links to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. m4dwin is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

M4dwin reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
